PayPal Express / Browser Bug August 2015

Some customers have recently reported checkout difficulties using some browsers (Windows 10 / Internet Explorer and some versions of Safari) with our PayPal Express checkout software. Error messages suggest that cookies have been disabled (when they have not) so that transactions cannot be completed. We are trying to resolve the problem with PayPal and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, it may be possible to operate the checkout correctly by accessing the site from an alternative browser. Unfortunately we are not able to process payments over the phone, but we can take orders by email at in response to which we can send a PayPal invoice as a direct email with a quick link for secure payment.
